Our client is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who goes beyond ideation and takes full ownership of creative performance. This role is not about simply writing scripts — it’s about developing winning concepts, guiding execution, and ensuring results.
You will act as the creative lead across assigned brands, responsible for turning insights into high-performing ads, aligning cross-functional teams, and continuously improving output through data and iteration.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced DTC environments and understands how to balance creativity with performance marketing principles.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop high-performing ad concepts and scripts rooted in deep customer research (48 scripts/month)
- Translate insights into clear creative direction for editors, creators, and stakeholders
- Produce multiple creative variations, including hooks and iterations of top-performing ads
- Ensure all creative output aligns with performance goals and brand positioning
Performance Ownership
- Analyze ad performance regularly and identify winning patterns and opportunities
- Optimize creative strategy based on key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and engagement
- Continuously iterate on concepts to improve results and scale winning creatives
- Maintain a strong feedback loop between performance data and creative output
Creative Planning & Direction
- Build clear, structured creative plans across campaigns and brands
- Define priorities, timelines, and deliverables with strong attention to detail
- Guide the selection of creators, actors, and formats based on performance insights
- Ensure all stakeholders understand the strategy, goals, and execution plan
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the central point of alignment between creative, account, and production teams
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on all creative outputs
- Communicate strategy, insights, and performance updates effectively
- Ensure consistent execution across all deliverables and channels

- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in DTC or eCommerce environments
- Strong background in performance marketing, especially paid social (Meta/TikTok)
- Experience working directly with ad performance data and translating insights into creative direction
- Ability to develop structured testing frameworks and iterate quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and align teams
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, messaging, and conversion principles
- High level of ownership and accountability for results
