We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong Klaviyo experience, preferably in Latin America, to lead and elevate our client's email design function. You will be responsible for creating structure, improving efficiency, and implementing scalable design systems across multiple brand clients.
You’ll work closely with a team of designers, bringing consistency and organization to our email marketing efforts while ensuring all outputs are visually compelling and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4 designers, providing guidance and quality control
- Audit, clean up, and optimize existing Klaviyo email templates
- Build and implement reusable email components and design systems in Klaviyo
- Establish design standards and workflows to improve team efficiency
- Ensure brand consistency across all email campaigns and clients
- Collaborate with marketing and lifecycle teams to align on campaign goals
- Continuously improve design processes, scalability, and performance
- Proven experience designing emails in Klaviyo (design-focused role)
- Strong senior-level design skills with a solid portfolio
- Experience building and managing email design systems or component libraries
- Previous experience working in or with a marketing agency
- Ability to lead, organize, and bring structure to a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
