We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support daily community management across our social channels. This role is focused on comment moderation and DM management, ensuring a positive brand presence and helping drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all comments across Facebook and Instagram (organic posts, paid ads, and creator pages)
- Respond to positive comments and customer questions in a timely, on-brand manner
- Identify and delete negative or harmful comments when appropriate
- Manage and respond to all direct messages (DMs) across brand accounts
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions
- Log in twice daily (morning and evening) to ensure timely responses and coverage
- Prior experience in social media comment moderation or community management
- Strong judgment in deciding when to respond vs. delete comments, with a focus on supporting ad performance and conversions
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work daily, including weekends
- Reliable and responsive, with the ability to stick to a structured daily schedule (2–3 hours/day)
