About the Role
Our client is hiring a Senior Google Ads Media Buyer to manage large-scale paid search and shopping campaigns for their portfolio of 8-9 figure e-commerce brands. You'll own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $150K to $250K per brand. This is a client-facing, senior role. We need someone who can run accounts independently, build systems, and partner with our creative team on testing.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) for multiple e-commerce clients
- Own the full media buying lifecycle: strategy, build-out, optimization, scaling, and reporting
- Lead client communication around performance, strategy, and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad testing frameworks and creative iteration
- Build and document repeatable systems for account management and reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategy
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Google Ads experience with a strong growth marketing and strategy background
- Proven track record managing $150K to $250K per month in ad spend per brand
- Direct e-commerce experience (DTC, Shopify, etc.)
- Agency or multi-brand experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable in client-facing settings (calls, reporting, strategic conversations)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Native-level English
- Self-directed: this is not a junior or mid-level seat. You should be able to run accounts, build systems, and deliver reporting without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience working alongside Meta buyers or full-funnel paid media teams
- Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
- This is a remote position. You can work from home!
