About Us: At Cascade Neuropsychology, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health clinician.
Job Description: The mental health clinician will provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to clients, utilizing trauma-informed care (EMDR or CPT Certified), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and other evidence-based practices. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of up to 18 (part time) or up to 24 (full time), developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients. The candidate must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital platforms to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using trauma informed techniques to clients
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address clients' mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in virtual case consultations and team meetings
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in trauma informed therapy and technology in mental health services
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- EMDR certification and/or CPT trained - (preferred)
- Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. We cannot accept applications for those who hold an associate license due to restrictions with our payor source.
- Experience with Washington State Labor and Industries - (preferred)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency with technology and digital platforms for virtual therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Reliable and efficient internet with a web cam.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
