About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid media campaigns (primarily Facebook Ads) across multiple offers, including affiliate products (e.g., website hosting, coding apps, HighLevel), a YouTube channel management agency, and potentially a digital course.
The ad budget will start small and scale up to $50k+/month, so we’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on in driving performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple offers
- Handle budget allocation and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve results
- Scale campaigns effectively as budget increases
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running Facebook Ads
- Experience managing ad spend across multiple offers
- Background in the info/affiliate space is preferred
- Affiliate advertising experience is a strong plus
