Hiring on behalf our Travel Agent client, who works exclusively with luxury fashion brands

Shifts: Monday – Friday 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST (No on-call hours, no weekends)

Looking for a Corporate Travel Agent to join a world class travel agency with well-established brands in their portfolio. The company has been around for over 25 years leading the travel industry with best-in-class service representing iconic luxury brands. We are looking for a self-starter, who has managed high net worth clients previously and understands what they are looking for. Someone has 5+ years of agency experience who can hit the ground running and be a part of a close knit team.

Skills & Qualifications:

· 3+ years Amadeus GDS knowledge and proficiency, is a MUST

· 3+ Years of corporate experience in the travel industry working with VIP/luxury clientele

· Expert knowledge on corporate pricing with client discounts

· Knowledge of ticketing transactions is preferred

· Proficient with International itineraries and rate structures

· Knowledge of online booking tools (Concur preferred)

· Experience in managing and communicating with premium business travelers

· You are conscientiousness, flexible and detail-oriented

· Demonstrate ability to problem solve and take initiative to support client and team

· Strong interpersonal skills with internal teams and external stakeholders

· Highly solution-oriented and strong ability to build relationships with clients

· Willingness to learn, grow and evolve with the team. We are open to new ideas and expect the team to be too!

· Strongly reliable and a strong focus on assisting and completing client requests.

Duties And Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of luxury corporate clients as a self-starter, proactive and professionalism.

· Curate professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all clients within their company's guidelines and standards of excellence for customer service

· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment, experience in fashion a plus

· Completes travel arrangements for clients' air, hotel, car rentals, trains, tour, and ground arrangements at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines

· Collect the relevant data required for financial reporting

· Follow and suggest improvements in company procedures in the areas of customer service, documentation of PNRs and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, attendance, accuracy of work etc.

· Maintains ownership of each record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction

· Researches and provides solutions to any travel related problem clients may have experienced with arrangements made with total management awareness and participation

· Stays fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately applies this knowledge to all travel arrangements

· Keeping up to date on training, technology, trends and industry knowledge (including Amadeus)

· Has knowledge of and understanding of re-routing and exchange processes

· Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with senior level VIP’s

· Passion for the fashion industry is a bonus

· Ensuring productivity targets are achieved and accounts are in growth mode

The Package:

$65,000 - $75,000 annual base salary depending on experience.
