Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Lead SPM Business Process Consultant in the USA - this will be a 3-6 months+ contract and may well extend - Note - THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE.

Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow - 5 years+

CSA - ESSENTIAL

CIS X 2 - inc FSM - ESSENTIAL

BPC - ESSENTIAL

Excellent communication or consultancy skills

Ability to work independently

You will use your knowledge to gather requirements, conduct workshops, demo products, documentation and support.
