What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Sales and Support Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about their insurance benefit options. Your role is to provide an outstanding customer experience by listening to each client's needs, answering questions, and helping them understand the solutions available to them.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Learn about each client's needs and present suitable benefit options
- Explain available coverage in a clear, simple, and professional manner
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from beginning to completion
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to strengthen your skills
