Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Robot Manager to lead our service and sales efforts across the South East USA region and specifically Atlanta territories. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate strong onsite relationships with business clients, optimize the onsite robot technology, fix all robot technology issues at the customers site, and increase revenue growth when it presents itself. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be on the front lines of the next big generational technology wave, robots. Our robots clean commercial facilties floors like Airports, Stadiums, Arean, Schools. We are used by professional sports teams stadium and arenas in all major sports leagues and several international airports, including 2 in Florida. This position must keep all of our robots at customers sites operating perfectly. Some travel required to other South East states and driving to other cities. Remote service is possible as well with our robot software. You must have a technicial background and speak Spanish well.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robot service plan that increases robot use weekly
- Monitor all robots health and develop service plan to improve
- Increase all clients usageage levels of our online software and training programs
- Understand how to solve technical issues and solve them
- Develop weekly account management plan to improve account servicing metrics
- Be a leader on how our robots work, function, serviced, and are programmed
- Sparkoz is a 6 year company that has developed its own robot software, sensors, and hardware. The company now has 3 robots growing to 5 this year. Requirements
- Ability to learn new robot operating software
- Ability to work with tools to fix robots if required
- College degree
- Must speak English and Spanish well
- Loves technology
- Strong Communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well organized
- Can work nights if required and can travel out of state if required
- Self motivator
- Position can be based in Miami Fl or any citiy south of Palm Beach Fl on the east coast
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
