Duties
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Utilize reservation systems to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities efficiently and accurately.
- Develop comprehensive travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, sightseeing options, and special requests.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documentation, visa requirements, and health protocols to ensure smooth journeys.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding itinerary changes, confirmations, and travel updates to enhance their experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry and maintain familiarity with hotel experiences and hospitality standards to offer current recommendations.
