Entry Level Client Sales Representative - Remote (TRAINING PROVIDED)
100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Training Provided | No Cold Calling
Build a Career in Financial Protection From Home
What if your next career helped you develop valuable business skills while making a difference in how families prepare for the future?
At AO Globe Life, we work in the life insurance and supplemental benefits industry, helping individuals and families explore coverage options for life's uncertainties. We're looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to learn the business, build client relationships, and develop a long-term career in insurance sales.
This is an opportunity to enter the insurance industry without previous sales or insurance experience. With structured training, ongoing coaching, and scheduled client appointments, you'll have the opportunity to learn the products, understand the enrollment process, and develop your professional skills while working remotely.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Entry Level Client Sales Representative, you'll help prospective clients understand their coverage options and navigate the steps involved in applying for insurance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments.
- Learn about client needs and introduce relevant life insurance and supplemental benefit products.
- Present coverage information clearly so clients can better understand their available options.
- Guide applicants through insurance applications, enrollment procedures, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Participate in product training, virtual team meetings, and individual coaching.
- Build effective sales, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Work toward obtaining and maintaining the insurance license required for the position.
Why Consider a Career With AO Globe Life?
Start With Training, Not Years of Experience
You don't need an established insurance background to apply. Training and continued guidance help you learn the products, understand client needs, and become familiar with the sales process.
Work Remotely With a Purpose
Build your workday around virtual client appointments and team activities while enjoying the convenience of a home-based work environment.
Help Families Explore Financial Protection
Life insurance and supplemental benefits can play an important role in financial planning. You'll learn how to explain available options and help clients make informed decisions about their coverage needs.
Put Your Effort Into Your Earning Potential
This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with weekly commission-based compensation and uncapped earning potential. Earnings depend on sales results and applicable commission arrangements; this is not a salaried position or a guaranteed weekly income.
Develop Skills That Extend Beyond Sales
Improve your presentation, communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities through client interactions and ongoing professional development.
Grow as You Gain Experience
Receive coaching, strengthen your product knowledge, and work toward higher performance goals. Opportunities for advancement may be available based on individual results, qualifications, and business needs.
Compensation & Position Highlights
- Weekly commission-based compensation.
- Uncapped earning potential based on eligible sales and performance.
- Remote work opportunity in the United States and Canada.
- Training and ongoing coaching.
- Scheduled client appointments with no cold calling.
- Professional development and potential advancement opportunities.
- Entry-level opportunity; previous insurance or sales experience is not required.
What Will Help You Succeed?
We're looking for individuals who take initiative, communicate effectively, and are willing to learn in a client-focused environment.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Are comfortable speaking with people over the phone and through video meetings.
- Can explain information clearly and professionally.
- Enjoy building relationships and understanding different client needs.
- Stay organized, manage appointments, and follow through on responsibilities.
- Welcome feedback and apply what you learn.
- Can work independently while remaining engaged with a virtual team.
- Have reliable internet access, a computer, and a suitable home workspace.
- Are willing to complete the licensing requirements for the position.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or sales may be beneficial, but it is not a requirement. A willingness to learn, consistency, and a professional approach to working with clients are what matter most.
