Rock Solid Logistics is an IT/ Third Party Logistics Provider. We are experts is helping companies manage the freight component of their business. We manage all modes of transportation - international and domestic. We bring clients visibility and savings through technology, optimization, and carrier negotiation. Plus, we throw in other value-added services into the mix such as freight bill audit and payment, load tracking, etc.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to make 80-100 calls per day. Prospecting lists will be provided with cold and warm leads. Logistics background preferred. Knowledge of Salesnexus preferred, but will be trained if needed. Must be in CT or EST time zone.

Sales Representative

Duties:

- Conduct warm and cold calling to potential customers in the target market
- Perform outbound calling to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present product information and pricing to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the target market and industry trends
