Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to join our remote team from Germany, Norway, or Sweden.

This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in remote administrative support, internal coordination, and virtual office operations.

You’ll work closely with our operations team to support daily tasks, maintain documentation, and assist with internal communications.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, emails, and internal calendars
Organize and update digital files and databases
Assist with reporting and document formatting
Support team members with admin tasks as needed
Handle basic research and data entry
Communicate clearly via email and chat tools

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated (any field welcome)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
Must reside in Germany, Norway, or Sweden
Stable internet connection
