What You’ll Do:
This is not cold calling, you’ll receive a full calendar of pre-set appointments and hot leads daily along with all the tools, scripts, and systems to close deals. We're looking for confident, sharp communicators who are ready to commit full-time to a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle a full calendar of 12 warm appointments or more per day
Use company-provided scripts, CRM, and resources
Maintain compliance and meet weekly KPIs
Participate in live training calls and ongoing coaching

We Provide:

A calendar full of appointments, no cold prospecting
CRM, sales tools, call scripts, and process
Weekly team trainings and real-time coaching
Remote Full-time structure

Top closers are earning $5,000 – $10,000 USD per week based on performance and accountability.
This is a 100% commission-based role, the leads and appointments are there, you just need to show up, follow our processes, stay compliant, and onboarding clients.

Requirements:

C1 English fluency (excellent phone presence)
1+ year experience in the US solar industry (Sales, System Design, Logistics, etc)
Tech-savvy and highly coachable
Must be available full-time (no part-time roles)
Confident, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle

IMPORTANT: This is a 100% uncapped commission-based role.
