About the Role

The Digital Project Manager will play a key role in driving the successful and meticulous delivery of innovative websites, digital products and other creative programs that meet user needs and support our clients' business goals. This role calls for curiosity, a sharp operational mind and the ability to align teams around clear priorities and outcomes.

You will collaborate and manage a range of creative subject matter experts, from CTOs, designers and external development partners to client stakeholders and research partners.

In this role, you will:

Take responsibility (or share it, depending on size of project) for the management of projects from start to finish.
Relentlessly chase answers and solutions from the team to drive the project to clarity.
Own the project timeline and provide regular status updates and reports to clients and project teams.
Lead and facilitate project rituals: standups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews.
Translate day-to-day clients requests into actionable tickets. Maintain and continuously improve project boards.
Manage QA workflows across design and engineering. You'll help spot issues early and ensure quality work ships on time.
Track budgets, run timesheet reports, and surface insights that help teams stay efficient and clients stay informed.
Identify risks early, propose solutions, and help teams move forward with focus.

Ideally, you'll have:

3+ years of experience managing digital product deliveries at a design/technology agency, consulting firm, or innovative environment.
Proven experience with project management/workflow tools: you know your way around Asana, Jira, or similar, and can make chaos feel orderly.
Excellent, client-ready communication and people skills, for both internal and external groups.
The ability and drive to lead multiple complex projects at a time, while providing collaboration, guidance and support to colleagues and partners.
Experience with a CMS or content entry.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
