What You’ll Do:

Respond to incoming client inquiries and qualify potential leads.
Understand client needs and match them with the right insurance solutions.
Provide accurate, timely information about policy options and benefits.
Manage follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking.
Support the sales team by identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing leads.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills and a customer-first attitude
Comfortable using digital tools like email, CRM systems, and video conferencing
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation is a bonus — not required
