The Remote Scheduler plays a critical role in managing appointments, coordinating property showings, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily scheduling needs for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:

Schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses for agents and clients.
Coordinate and confirm appointments with buyers, sellers, tenants, and listing agents.
Manage agent calendars using scheduling software (e.g., Calendly).
Monitor and update listing availability and appointment changes in the MLS system.
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and SMS to confirm or reschedule appointments.
Track scheduling metrics and provide reports to management as needed.
Collaborate with internal team members and external contacts to streamline operations.
Provide administrative support such as updating CRM systems or handling documentation, if needed.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a scheduling, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM tools, and real estate scheduling platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Familiarity with real estate industry terms and practices is a plus.
