Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will work closely with our product development team to bring new and innovative products to the market. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into our databases and maintain updated records
Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation of important records
Create and update spreadsheets and other data management tools
Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure completeness and accuracy
Keep all sensitive information confidential and comply with data security policies
Communicate with team members to keep data accurate and updated
Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to your direct supervisor
Assist in creating reports and presentations to showcase data trends and patterns

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with data entry software/tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to take on new challenges

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 27 USD per hour(Remote (Los Angeles, California, US))
