Your Role
As a Scheduler, you will use Primavera P6 to develop and maintain project schedules for large-scale engineering and fabrication projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules in Primavera P6
Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure accurate project planning
Monitoring progress against project baselines and identifying variances
Recommending recovery measures for projects behind schedule
Preparing weekly and monthly schedule performance reports
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable
Supporting project controls, including risk reviews and performance tracking

What You Bring

Proven scheduling experience on engineering, construction, or fabrication projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (Microsoft Project a plus)
Knowledge of project controls, milestones, and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
