Position: VIP Manager

Location: Remote (Full Remote)

Salary: €8,000 per month + performance based bonus

As a VIP Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of VIP clients, offering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and optimizing the customer experience. You will also be involved in monitoring and managing the individual performance of team members.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of VIP clients.
- Offer exceptional, personalized customer service to each VIP client.
- Develop strategies to retain and increase VIP client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze client performance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Head of VIP and other team members to achieve overall goals.
- Adhere to gaming license requirements and market regulations.

Profile Required:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Knowledge of regulated markets and gaming licenses.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
