W2W (Woman-to-Woman) is an international women-led tech platform connecting female entrepreneurs with AI tools, digital experts, and a supportive community. We’re building a global ecosystem where women launch and grow their businesses with confidence — on their own terms.

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to help us expand partnerships, reach new clients, and build meaningful relationships across the US, UK, and Europe.

What You’ll Do

Communicate with clients and partners in English (emails, calls, and follow-ups).
Prepare proposals, outreach messages, and presentations.
Research and contact influencers, women’s clubs, accelerators, and communities.
Keep contact lists, tables, and databases up to date.
Generate creative ideas to expand visibility and sales channels.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English
Interest in AI, digital marketing, and international startups.
Confident user of Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools.
Independent, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a global team.
