About the Role:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. As a key member of our customer experience team, you’ll help customers resolve issues, answer product questions, and ensure every interaction reflects our company’s commitment to excellent service.

Requirements:
