Aurora is hiring a Remote Logistics Coordinator for a growing international beverage company. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee scheduling, inventory tracking, and vendor communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and logistics documentation.
Ensure all processes comply with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or scheduling coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics or ERP systems.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday standard business hours (flexibility for deadlines)
