Expanding: The Student Management Group and ISE International Student Exchange is thrilled to announce the expansion of its high school international exchange student programs across the beautiful state of Tennessee. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join our team as a Community Representative and help us create unforgettable cultural exchange experiences for high school exchange teens and their American hosts. This is a unique opportunity to connect with local families, schools, and organizations, and play a vital role in bringing people together through international education.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with local community members and high schools to identify and screen potential host families
Conduct interviews and home visits to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Match American host families with international high school students based on compatibility and shared interests
Provide ongoing support to host families and students throughout the exchange experience
Promote cultural understanding and global connection within the community
Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
Strong communication and organizational skills

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to professionally build trust and maintain confidential relationships
Interest in global cultures and community engagement
Experience in education, community outreach, or customer service is a plus
