Job description: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

We are looking for US Based professional bilingual Spanish and English speakers that are passionate about languages and helping others, people that would like to become medical interpreters and want to join an international company. Our FREE 10 Day online training will help you and give you all you need to start a career as a medical interpreter, after the 2 week training a Language Assessment test will be taken and those who pass the test will have a chance to apply for a job with us an over-the-Phone (OPI) medical Interpreters at LanguageBridge Solutions.

You will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers. In this rewarding position, you will serve as a bridge, facilitating understanding and enabling patients to receive the care they need. It is essential that the candidate can understand and interpret a variety of medical-related terminology and be knowledgeable about various medical processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls in a professional manner.
Customer service Skills.
Be always prepared to take notes during a call.
Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
Participate in a in-house professional training.
Communicate and report to your team leader.
Provide accurate and impartial interpretation services during medical consultations, medical terminology, procedures, instructions, information between Spanish-speaking patients and English-speaking healthcare professionals and other healthcare interactions.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all patient interactions
Participate in workshops and coaching opportunities to enhance your interpreting skills

Qualifications:

Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language (Spanish).
Speak Spanish as your mother or main language
Speak English in a C1 or higher level.

Requirements: Since this position is fully remote, you should comply with several technical requirements for your computer. We need to ensure that your home office will work effectively.

Must Live in the United States
Have a legal working permit or status to work in the US.
Serious commitment
Must have flexible availability for calls.
