The COMET contract provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. These tasks will support the International Space Station, Ground Systems Development and Operations, and the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, and Launch Services programs.

Note this is a TEMPORARY role expected to last 4-6 months.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is data entry. We are transitioning to an electronic format for training record keeping.
This requires us to convert hard copy documents into electronic, web-based forms.
Other similar tasks may be included such as revising documents, proofreourses, and other related tasks.
Candidate will be focused primarily on data entry into our custom Learning Management System (LMS).
This person's support will ading eLearning callow us to complete data management of training completion (such as On the Job Training) electronically.
The candidate will be creating these templates within our LMS.

Basic Qualifications:

3 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree.

Intermediate-Advanced typing proficiency and use of common Windows keyboard shortcuts (copy/paste, etc.)
Intermediate computer proficiency using web-based systems. Ability to learn and manipulate new user interfaces quickly.
Intermediate proficiency in basic office software such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Ability to stay focused on data entry tasks throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and productively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Access or the ability to quickly gain KSC Access.
