Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support WatchMatic’s global customer base. This is a remote position that will require you to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. You will handle communication across various channels, including email and website contact forms, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Provide assistance with order status, shipping inquiries, and basic product details.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solution-focused approach.
Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent WatchMatic’s brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer issues calmly and effectively.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or customer service tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
