Who we are looking for and why

They are seeking a talented Client Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be reaching out to the largest and most relevant clients across multiple business verticals within e-commerce. If you excel at initiating conversations from scratch, building strong relationships, and engaging high-profile clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English at C1 level
Experience in cold calling and/or face-to-face business interactions in the US market (sales-focused)
Structured and clear communication, able to convey ideas convincingly over the phone
Active listening skills, able to identify client needs and ask the right questions
Natural interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining a friendly approach
Resilient and growth-oriented, able to handle rejection and stay motivated
Curious and quick learner, able to grasp complex new products with ease
