Role Title: Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator/Bookings Assistant

About the Role: Sales and Booking Specialis

We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to help manage customer inquiries, bookings, and pricing packages. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers — answering questions, confirming bookings, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to customer messages, calls, and emails.

Manage and confirm bookings or reservations.

Keep pricing packages and customer information up to date.

Handle customer questions or issues in a polite, professional way.

Work with the rest of the team to deliver great service.

Maintain and update pricing packages (e.g., for services, rooms, or events).

Communicate pricing clearly to customers.

Customer Service

Provide friendly, professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dealing with Bookings

Manage reservations, schedules, and confirmations.

Coordinate calendars and availability.

Send reminders, invoices, or receipts as needed.

Skills & Qualities to Look For

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Organized and detail-oriented

Customer-focused mindset — friendly, empathetic, and positive

Proficient with booking systems or CRMs (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot, or booking software)

Basic numeracy for updating and quoting prices

Problem-solving ability — handles difficult customer situations calmly

Tech savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and online tools
