Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 live online English lessons
Help students improve speaking, fluency, and confidence
Customize lessons based on student goals (conversation, business English, exam prep)
Provide feedback and track progress
Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment

Requirements

Fluent or near-native English (C1 level or higher)
Strong communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Quiet and professional teaching setup
Self-motivated and organized

Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience (online or in-person)
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Compensation

Tutors set their own hourly rates. Earnings depend on your pricing, availability, and student bookings.

Work Authorization

This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment).
