The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativitynot limit it. You'll be responsible for supporting the execution of our client campaigns through media/influencer relations, client communication and account administration. You'll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.

What You'll Do

Support the execution of PR campaigns through proactive media and influencer relations, helping secure meaningful coverage that supports client goals.

Assist with day-to-day client communications, including media opportunities, status updates, meeting recaps, reporting and more.

Research, build, and maintain media and influencer lists, while monitoring industry trends and identifying relevant opportunities for clients.

Draft pitches, press releases, fact sheets, reporting materials, and other client-facing communications.

Coordinate media visits, interviews, and influencer experiences, managing logistics and supporting materials.

Conduct media monitoring, track coverage, and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting.

Maintain account organization through trackers, calendars, press kits, and asset management.

Collaborate with team members to contribute creative ideas, support agency initiatives, and deliver exceptional client service.
