Commercial Accounts Growth Associate Remote (Nationwide*) $13.00-$15.00/hr

You do not need a sales resume to apply for this one.

iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building our first-ever outbound sales team and we are looking for people who are comfortable on the phone, good with people, and ready to grow. If you have ever worked in customer service, retail sales, leasing, property management, insurance, telesales, or any role that required you to call people and build rapport quickly, we want to hear from you.

As a Commercial Accounts Growth Associate you will make outbound calls to business contacts every day, learn how to handle objections, and connect qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments. You will have a structured playbook to follow, a team lead in your corner, and a clear path to grow your earnings and your role as you develop.

What you will be doing:

Making outbound calls to business decision-makers every day
Learning and applying our call framework and objection handling techniques
Connecting qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments
Keeping your activity and contact notes accurate and up to date

What we are looking for:

Comfortable and confident on the phone
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, insurance, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles welcome
No prior outbound B2B sales experience required

What you will get:

A full benefits package, the same one every employee at iNX receives, regardless of salary or role
A high-quality tech package provided at no cost to you
A genuinely remote role, no commute, no gas, no time lost getting to and from an office
Real growth potential as we build this department from the ground up, an early opportunity with room to grow into other roles as the team expands

Compensation for this role ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience. This is an hourly position with no commission requirement, plus merit-based raises tied to annual performance reviews. Full-time. Fully remote, working Pacific Time business hours, 8am to 5pm PT.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company. If you are ready to build something and grow with us, apply now.

*This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States where the posted compensation meets or exceeds applicable state and local minimum wage requirements. Candidates are responsible for confirming eligibility based on their location before applying.
