We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable African Travel Expert to design, curate, and manage exceptional travel experiences across the African continent. The ideal candidate has deep regional expertise, strong industry connections, and a commitment to delivering personalized, culturally rich, and seamless journeys for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customized travel itineraries across Africa, including safaris, cultural tours, luxury travel, and adventure experiences

- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, visas, health requirements, and local customs

- Build and maintain relationships with local tour operators, lodges, and hospitality partners

- Stay up to date on travel trends, safety updates, and emerging destinations within Africa

- Handle end-to-end booking processes including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities

- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

- Troubleshoot travel issues and provide real-time support to clients

- Create engaging travel content, including destination tips and recommendations

- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in travel planning, preferably focused on African destinations (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of key regions such as East Africa, Southern Africa and North Africa
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with booking systems (GDS, Office365)
Passion for travel, culture, and customer experience
