What You'll Do

Meet virtually with clients to review available benefit options
Educate clients on programs and coverage available to them
Assist clients with enrollment and onboarding
Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Work independently while receiving support from leadership
