This is a remote position.

We are seeking a reliable, attentive, and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage daily household tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and can complete responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.

Organize and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

Schedule travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries when needed.

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.

Maintain organized digital and physical files and records.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and personal or business activities.

Handle routine administrative tasks and follow up on pending matters.

Assist with errands, purchases, reservations, and other assigned personal tasks.

Communicate with clients, vendors, colleagues, and other contacts professionally.

Maintain confidentiality of personal, business, and financial information.

Track deadlines, reminders, and important commitments.

Provide general administrative support and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy

Keen, attentive, and detail-oriented

Proactive and comfortable working independently

Valid driver’s license
