I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions within a dynamic and fast-growing F&B company, Suasanakopi. Currently, I oversee HR operations across multiple store locations and head office, supporting over 40 employees across operational and management roles.
My expertise includes recruitment and talent acquisition, employee performance management, training and development, as well as building internal policies and culture initiatives. I have been actively involved in designing performance review systems, organizing structured training programs for baristas and management teams, and supporting business expansion through strategic manpower planning.
I am highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment. I enjoy working closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals, while also ensuring employees feel supported, heard, and motivated.
