A graduate of Universitas Islam Indonesia, majoring in Finance and Banking, with proven experience in funding and customer service within the banking industry. I have completed an internship at Bank Syariah Indonesia, where I worked as a Marketing Customer Service and Teller, gaining hands-on experience in customer relations, transaction management, and Islamic banking operations.
