About
I began my career as a Software QA, working on various projects, before making a bold career switch to Product Management in mid-2020. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to impactful products in the fintech and lending industries, particularly during my time at Fazz and now at Batumbu.
Currently, I serve as a Product Manager at Batumbu, and together with a lot of super-talented people, we’ve launched Batumbu 3.0: an end-to-end lending platform for borrowers and internal teams. Through close collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Business teams, we’ve achieved significant impact:
- 151% growth in total loan disbursement in 2 years
- 84% increase in borrower base
- Retention and TKB0 improvement achieved through iterative enhancements based on user feedback and team discussions.
- Improved TKB0 rate from 95.13% to 97.82%, enhancing borrower payment behavior
Beyond delivery, I also focus on building strong product foundations:
- Establishing standardized product documentation (PRD, user stories, wireframes) for better alignment and reducing dev misalignment by 90%
- Fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and embedding user feedback-driven decision-making within the team
