With over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, I have served as an HR Generalist across diverse industries such as publishing, printing, and HR consultancy. My core strength lies in building structured and strategic HR systems, especially in companies where the HR function is still at an early stage.
My expertise includes recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR planning. I believe HR is not merely administrative—it is a strategic partner in shaping a healthy and high-performing workplace culture. One of my proudest moments was developing a full HR system from the ground up and helping demotivated employees rediscover their drive and performance.
I have completed trainings in CHRM, NLP, and Human Resource Profiling, and I’m well-versed in various psychological assessments to support recruitment and development processes.
