I'm a Human Resources and Administrative professional with experience supporting HR operations and administrative tasks in the hospitality industry. I graduated from Politeknik Pariwisata Medan with a GPA of 3.90 and have gained hands on experience through internships and work in several international hotel environments.
My experience includes managing HR documentation, payroll related data, employee contracts, attendance records, and administrative coordination. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling data, documents, and daily administrative tasks.
I'm proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. I enjoy supporting teams by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
