I have experience in operations and field coordination, particularly in dispatcher roles and team leadership. My daily work involves managing workforce schedules, monitoring operations, tracking KPI performance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the field.
Currently, I work as a Dispatcher at PT TRAC, where I handle daily operational activities, coordinate with teams, and support smooth and efficient operations.
Previously, I served as Branch Head and Program Specialist, where I was responsible for leading teams, improving operational processes, and helping strengthen overall organizational performance.
