I can handle datas using Microsoft Excel with many formulas and Microsoft Word if needed. I can design fliyer, certificate, logo, and others by using Canva application. I can do basic things about editting video by using Capcut application. I also use AI if I need some help with my idea, like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.

About

I am Irma, a mom of two children. I graduated from Akademi Bahasa Asing Nurdin Hamzah Jambi. I had an experience in administration for 3 months when I was still a student of college. I also had experience in teaching basic of English in a course for 3 years while I was still a student of college too. Now, I am a customer service clerk in a retail. I have got many new knowledge by working from my workplace right now. I handle many things to make sure that my team goes well. I can help my team who has minor and major problems in working.
