I am a senior professional with over 15 years of experience in product development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. I have worked with international financial services organizations including Sun Life Financial, Manulife Financial, Great Eastern, and BNI Life, where I led and supported the launch of more than 50 products across agency, bancassurance, digital, telemarketing, and sharia channels.

My experience includes coordinating cross-functional teams, working with regulators and external partners, and ensuring initiatives are delivered in a structured and compliant manner. This has strengthened my skills in stakeholder management, operational governance, documentation, and remote collaboration.

Earlier in my career, I worked in the technology sector as a functional consultant, developer, and trainer at IFS and several Indonesian IT firms, giving me a solid foundation in bridging business and technology initiatives.
