I am a graduate in Public Relations and currently I’m working as a Clinic Administrator at J-Point Physio Wellness.
My job responsibilities is welcoming walk in guests, receive calls and reply to WhatsApp messages from clients, providing information needed by clients, make an appointment schedule for an appointment with a doctor, make payment transactions and send invoices to clients.
Previously, I have also worked as an Admin & Finance Officer at Wanderlands Travel Ubud.
My computer skills are very good, I'm familiar with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Sheets, Xero Accounting Software, Jurnal Makari, MOKA POS, OLSERA POS system, Nexudus and digitail booking system.
