I’m a passionate and detail-oriented HR professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brawijaya University. With over 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and HR operations, I’ve built strong expertise in candidate sourcing, psychometric assessments, and competency-based interviews (BEI-STAR).

Currently working as Talent Acquisition Supervisor at PT Pesta Pora Abadi (Mie Gacoan), I lead the Non-Ops recruitment team to achieve performance KPIs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and drive strategic hiring initiatives such as Management Trainee Programs and Campus Hiring.
