I was graduated from a bachelor's degree in Biology - FMIPA Universitas Indonesia. I have an experiences that related to recruitment, administration, operations, customer service, customer experience, subtitle proofreader and laboratory assistant.

Currently, I am taking a role as an Operations Associate at Pintarnya. As a contact point for the ops team, I ensure that the ops team gets the latest information/updates regarding work flow. I also do an analysis, evaluation and improvement regarding the work flow of the ops team and identify problems/bugs/errors that occur so they can be resolved quickly.

With my passion and my skill, I believe I can do whatever role is if I get an opportunity to do that things.
