Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to tailor personalized itineraries.
Provide detailed recommendations on hotels, airlines, tours, and local attractions based on client needs and preferences.
Assist travelers with booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and activities to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Offer expert guidance on travel documentation, visa requirements, health advisories, and safety protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, hotel options, and hospitality services to deliver current and accurate advice.
Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings.
Use sales techniques to upsell additional services or upgrades that enhance the client’s travel experience.

Skills

Strong background in sales with the ability to confidently promote travel packages and services.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that builds trust and rapport.
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey options and answer questions thoroughly.
Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
