- Assist travelers with booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and activities to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Offer expert guidance on travel documentation, visa requirements, health advisories, and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, hotel options, and hospitality services to deliver current and accurate advice.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings.
- Use sales techniques to upsell additional services or upgrades that enhance the client’s travel experience.
Skills
- Strong background in sales with the ability to confidently promote travel packages and services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that builds trust and rapport.
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
