Goodwin is seeking a bookkeeper to Goodwin is seeking a Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day financial recordkeeping and reporting that keep our business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Experience in general accounting (job/project accounting), bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in expense management & record keeping; Knowledge of bank reconciliations
AP/AR ledgers; booking Bills and Invoices.
Working experience with QBO/Xero
Experience working with Excel, CRMs (Hotspot or similar) and data sets
Passion for finance, a self-starter attitude, and strong analytical skills.
